PEEK(Polyether ether ketone) is a semicrystalline super enginnering plasticwith the highest level of performance.
- Concentrated sulfric acid is the only general purpose chemical in which PEEK can be dissolved.
- Moreover, it has excellent heat resistanec(Continuous use temperature:260 degrees celsius),abrasion resistance, flame resistance(UL94 V-0) and hydrolysis resistance.
It is used in semiconductor field like wet bench, IC wafer carrier, FPD equipment, LCD manufacturing jigs etc.
